Payment

Kustom Checkout

CheerUp AB uses Kustom Checkout to handle your purchase in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides the interface and logic that show the available payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you are offered different payment methods. They are provided by different payment service providers, depending on the method you choose. For the payment you are redirected to a payment service provider, such as Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie, where the purchase is completed.

For a smooth purchase, Kustom Checkout fills in your details automatically if you have saved them or entered them in Kustom Checkout before.

Kustom does not carry out credit checks. A credit check may be carried out by the payment method you choose to complete the purchase.

Stripe

Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to every available payment method. Stripe is regulated in Europe and authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an electronic money institution. Stripe is legally entitled to issue electronic money, carry out payment transactions, issue payment instruments and acquire payment transactions.

Available payment methods

Card

You can pay by debit or credit card from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The payment is processed securely by Stripe through Kustom Checkout. All card details are sent encrypted and handled under the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card details.

Klarna

With Klarna you can pay now, buy now and pay later, or pay in instalments, depending on the options Klarna offers for your purchase.

When you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment, including any credit checks and invoicing. CheerUp AB is paid by Klarna, and you pay Klarna under their terms.

Swish

You can pay quickly and securely with Swish. When you choose Swish, you approve the payment in the Swish app with Mobile BankID. The payment is processed by your bank and Swish.

Apple Pay

If you use an Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay.

Payments are verified with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.

Apple Pay uses a secure token for the payment instead of your actual card number, which means that neither CheerUp AB, Kustom nor Stripe ever sees your full card number.

Apple Pay uses the built-in features of your browser or device and usually sets no cookies of its own on the site.

Google Pay

With Google Pay you can pay with the cards saved in your Google Wallet.

Google Pay uses tokenisation and several layers of security (such as encryption and biometric verification or PIN). Your actual card number is never shared with CheerUp AB, Kustom or Stripe.

To show the Google Pay button, a technical script is loaded from Google. The script may use technical cookies or local storage to prevent fraud.

MobilePay

MobilePay is a mobile wallet widely used in Denmark and Finland.

When you choose MobilePay, you complete the payment in the MobilePay app and approve the purchase there.

Once the payment is approved, Stripe processes a card transaction in the background using the card linked to your MobilePay account.

Delivery

Purchased items are shipped from our warehouse promptly, and within 48 hours at the latest. If a product is back-ordered, the buyer is told the estimated delivery time within 48 hours. If a back-ordered item has a delivery time longer than 30 days, the buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 days of being told the delivery time.

Delivery is ex our warehouse unless otherwise agreed. The cost of delivery is shown at checkout. Items are sent as a tracked parcel or letter with PostNord unless another shipping method has been agreed. We are responsible for the shipment until it has been handed to the carrier as a tracked shipment. The buyer is responsible for the address and contact details given with the purchase being correct. If the address is wrong and the item has already left our warehouse, the buyer contacts the carrier. If the buyer finds an error in the order, they contact us promptly so it can be corrected before the item leaves our warehouse, which happens within 1 to 48 hours. For lost or delayed deliveries, the buyer contacts the carrier.

Right of withdrawal and exchanges

Below is information about your right of withdrawal. We hope the information about each product is detailed enough that you will not need to return anything. Please tell us why you are returning a product so we can do better.

We accept returns for a return fee of 149 SEK, covering shipping and handling. The return fee is deducted from the refund through Kustom.

Exchanges for another size or item are free.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

Every product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it. Returned products are not accepted if they have been used, are stained, have been washed, or if any labels have been removed.

If an item does not meet the conditions for a return, it will be sent back to you and the right of withdrawal or exchange cannot be applied.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after you received the item.

To use your right of withdrawal, email us your decision to cancel the purchase. Include your order number, which you find in the order confirmation / receipt we emailed you. If you do not have the receipt, we can help if you give us the date of purchase and your first and last name. We then email you a return label that you show at a PostNord service point, where they print it for you.

To use your right of withdrawal in time, it is enough to send us your message that you intend to use it before the withdrawal period has ended.

The cost of a return is 149 SEK.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for another item or size? Email us with the item you want and we send the new item and a return label free of charge.

Effect of withdrawal

If you cancel your purchase, we refund the payment we received from you minus the cost of the return shipping. The refund is made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when we received the returned item. We use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with us on something else.

Returns are only accepted with our return label, which you receive after contacting us by email. We are not responsible for returns made in any other way than described here.

Privacy

Data controller

CheerUp AB (559382-4567) is the data controller for the personal data processed when you buy from inevitable, subscribe to the newsletter or visit inevitablebyx.se. Send questions about your data to hello@inevitablebyx.se.

Purchases

When you buy, we process your name, address, email, phone number, order details and payment status. We need them to deliver your order, give you service and handle returns. The legal basis is performing our contract with you. Order records are kept for seven years, as Swedish accounting law requires.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the time you signed up. The legal basis is your consent. The data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Cookies and measurement

Some data is stored in your browser so the site works: your bag, your language and your choice in the cookie banner. At checkout, cookies keep your session. These need no consent.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok pixel to measure our campaigns. They record, among other things, which pages you visit, what you add to your bag and whether you complete a purchase. These tools are managed through Google Tag Manager, which loads on every page but follows your choice. Without consent, no pixels load and Google Analytics does not collect data with cookies. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Who we share data with

We only share the data that is needed. PostNord receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your order. Kustom, Stripe and the payment service you choose, such as Klarna or Swish, receive what is needed for the payment. The site is run on Vercel and the shop on Simply.com, which process data on our behalf. Google, Meta and TikTok receive measurement data if you have given consent. We never sell your data.

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU/EEA. The transfer is then protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Data we must keep by law is erased when the legal requirement ends. Email hello@inevitablebyx.se and we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
