From the inside out
On being aware and having a self-worth that makes you secure. A quiet kind of strength that does not need to be heard to be noticed.
There is a quiet kind of strength. The kind that does not need to be heard to be noticed.
It does not come from what you wear, what you own or what others think. It comes from knowing who you are.
To be aware is to see yourself as you are. No filter. No excuses. You notice your thoughts, your reactions, your worth. And you stay standing.
Self-worth is not believing you are the best. It is knowing you are enough. Already. As you are.
With that foundation, you have nothing to prove. You do not need to take up space. You already have it.
That is where security lives. And that is where the light comes from. From the inside out.
You do not become someone. You already were.
